British Warriors Boxing Promotions Returns to York Hall with a Southern Area Title Classic
ESBR returned to York Hall for the first time in 2019 to witness a Southern Area title classic between Jez Smith & Samuel Antwi courtesy of British Warriors Boxing Promotions.

In a fight that was scheduled for 10 rounds, Smith took most of the early rounds leaving Antwi dazzled at times. However, as the championship fight progressed and as both fighters decided to trade, it was Antwi who rose to the occasion.
After suffering the first defeat of his career last year via 2nd round knockout, Antwi scored a total of 4 knockdowns in rounds 7 & 8 before Smith’s corner inevitably threw in the towel as Smith was down for a 4th and final time.
