Doey is one of the newest members of the ESBR team having joined in the early part of 2020. Doey's intrigue in the sport was sparked by his late grandfather who was a boxing club President, coach and cornerman in the professional game for many years. Doey proudly originates from Swansea, Wales and has a passion for the local and national boxing scene so it was a delight when one of his first ESBR assignments was the opportunity to interview world title challenger, Jay Harris.

Away from the world of boxing, Doey is a secondary school Computer Science teacher and puts this knowledge to good use managing the ESBR website.
